Seller Information
This term applies to the sale of products from Hik&Rós to consumers. The seller is Hik&Rós ehf ID number: 520922-1050, VAT number 146110. The terms, which are confirmed by confirmation of purchase, are the basis for the transaction. These consumer purchases are dealt with in the law on conclusion of contracts, the law on electronic commerce and other electronic services, the law on jurisdiction and the law on personal protection and handling of personal information.
Order
An order is binding when it is registered on the seller's server. It happens when the buyer has confirmed the order. The buyer can send a confirmation of purchase when the order is registered. The buyer is advised to read the order confirmation carefully when it arrives. It should also be verified that it is consistent with the intended order. The buyer is the person who is registered on the account. The buyer must be at least 18 years old to shop at Hikros.com
The seller is also bound to process the buyer's order as long as it is consistent with the product selection and pricing. All orders suspected of cheating and/or affected by a software bug are cancelled.
One ring size change is included in the purchase price, if it is made within a month of the purchase date. If rings are sent by mail for changes, the buyer pays the shipping costs.
Delivery and delay
Product delivery time is 1-3 weeks after the order has been confirmed. If the delivery is delayed, the seller will notify the buyer of this along with information about when the order will be ready for delivery or offer replacement products if the product is sold out. Please note that the delivery time may be longer if the product is being custom made.
Shipping costs
Free domestic shipping.
All products that are sent domestically are sent by Íslandspóstur in registered mail. As soon as the shipment leaves the seller, it is the responsibility of the buyer.
Postal deliveries abroad
If shopping is done from abroad, the buyer pays the shipping costs, and all the additional costs incurred as a result of shipping (taxes and such).
Paid online
You can pay with Visa and Mastercard. The payment is fast and secure through the Salt Pay payment gateway.
Personal protection
Hikros.com handles personal data in accordance with Icelandic law no. 77/2000 on personal protection and processing of personal information. Personal information is stored in the Hikros.com database and no one except the owners of the website and its supervisors has access to it. In no case is personal data provided to third parties. When purchasing a product or service, the customer of Hikros.com gives their consent for the company to collect and process personal information from the company's database.
Hikros.com will not under any circumstances store any credit card information of the buyer, as the buyer automatically enters the secure payment page of Salt Pay and completes the payment there.
